Registration is considered confirmed after completing the payment process and receiving official confirmation from the academy administration. The academy reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request based on capacity or internal regulations. Seats are reserved according to payment and registration priority.

Course fees must be paid in full or according to the approved installment plan before the course begins. All announced prices are subject to updates or changes without prior notice. Any bank transfer fees or electronic payment charges are the responsibility of the trainee unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation requests may be submitted before the course starts according to the academy's policy. Once the course has started, any session has been attended, or access to online content has been activated, full refunds are not available. The academy may offer alternatives such as postponement or converting the amount into training credit. Digital courses and recorded materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Trainees are required to attend sessions on time. Trainees are responsible for any absence or delay. The academy reserves the right to prevent any inappropriate behavior that affects the training environment.

Sharing course links or accounts with others is strictly prohibited. Recording, copying, or redistributing training materials without official permission from the academy is prohibited. Trainees must use educational platforms legally and ethically.

Certificates are issued according to the course completion requirements approved by the academy. The academy reserves the right to withhold certificates if course requirements are not completed or policies are violated. Certificates issued by the academy are training certificates and are not necessarily academic or government-accredited certificates.

All training materials, designs, videos, and educational content are the property of the academy. Copying, redistributing, or selling any training content without prior written permission is prohibited.

The academy reserves the right to modify course schedules, trainers, or training halls when necessary. In case of postponement, trainees will be notified of the updated schedule.

The academy reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or organizational reasons. In such cases, trainees are entitled to either a refund or enrollment in an alternative course.

The academy is committed to protecting trainees' personal information and will not share it with third parties without permission. The academy may use photos or media from training activities for marketing purposes unless the trainee requests otherwise.

The academy is not responsible for any improper personal use of the training materials. Trainees are responsible for ensuring that the course is suitable for their needs before registering.

Completing the registration, payment, or attending sessions constitutes full acceptance of all academy policies and terms.
